Processing Time

All orders are processed within 12-24 hours of being placed. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by close of business Monday. Orders placed after 5:00pm PST will be processed on the next business day. Most orders are shipped within 12 hours of receipt via USPS or UPS, not including weekends or holidays.

Ground Shipping

Orders shipped via Ground Shipping in the contiguous US are delivered within 3-5 business days of the shipped date, not including weekends or holidays.

After your transaction is complete, you will receive an email that contains a copy of your receipt.

Multiple Ship-to Addresses

Karina Skin Care System does not support sending to multiple addresses in one order. Please place the items in the shopping bag that you wish to be sent to one location complete that order, and place a second order with another address. 

Do you accept International Orders

Karina Skin Care System is currently unable to accept orders to be shipped outside the U.S. We apologize for any inconvenience.


Not satisfied with your product? No problem, all products purchased through karina skin care system may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. We accept returns for any reason.

Please pack carefully the items you would like to return or exchange and keep a record of the tracking nr. of the package that you are shipping. Sometimes packages do get lost and we want to ensure that we have proper tracking info for the return or exchange. All refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used on the order within 7 days. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

If you purchased Karina Skin Care products at a store, spa/ salon, or online reseller; please contact them directly to inquire about their return policy.

Damage Goods

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 760.346.1991 (Monday-Friday, 9am to 5:00pm PST).
